The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority has allocated funds for the procurement of Security Services and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for:
Providing efficient Security Services of 121 personnels at various stations in Freetown and provinces.
Bidding is open to all companies capable of showcasing the competence to carry out the necessary services.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SLL 300.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00pm on the 22nd April, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of SLL 4,000.00 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Evidence of legal authorization and ONS clearance
Bids will be publicly opened on 22nd April 2025at12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
