ADVERTISEMENT FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SECURITY SERVICES

ICAP at Columbia University is a US based international non-profit organization that aims to ensure the wellness of families and communities by strengthening health systems around the world. ICAP has offices in over 20 countries in Africa and Central Asia including Sierra Leone.
ICAP started its operations in Sierra Leone in January 2016 with its head office in Freetown, supporting projects in Freetown and the Districts.

ICAP is in the process of creating a database of pre-qualified competent and experienced Security Service Agency in Freetown.
You are hereby invited to submit expression of interest to participate in this process.

Information and Documents required by ICAP
To qualify for consideration, your organization MUST provide the following complete set of documents with your application:

  1. Valid Business Registration Certificate
  2. Copy of Ministry of Works Certificate
  3. Copy of NRA Tax Clearance
  4. Recent Works Executed for the past three (3) years with evidence of copy contracts and/or completion certificate from reputable organisation mainly INGO, UN agencies or Government Institutions
  5. Detailed CVs of Key Personnel
  6. List of Customer Database and
  7. Evidence of Audited Financial Statement

ICAP provides bidders the same information and/ or the same opportunity to obtain information and a minimum amount of time, (two weeks as advertised) is considered for the bidders to prepare and submit their documents.

ICAP reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Completed applications should be sent to the ICAP Office, at 69B Sir Samuel Lewis Road Aberdeen, Freetown, with the subject:
“Pre-qualification of Security Services 2025” on or before 17:00hrs on Monday, 22nd July 2025.

Once the submission date of the BIDs has passed, ICAP will evaluate all submitted responses. ICAP will undertake a capacity assessment of the successful bidders after the pre-qualification and evaluation exercise.

Only successful participants will be notified by email of the outcome of the exercise.

ICAP will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidders in the pre-qualification process. Note also that any form of Lobbying, apparent, real, or perceived Conflicts of Interests are grounds for disqualification.
