As a young man himself, and knowing the current predicament young people are through including rampant consumption of hard drugs that have ruin most their lives and their involvement in other criminal activities, the enthusiastic politician has in mind wide range of activities to engage them meaningfully, including creation of more jobs for both skilled and unskilled.
Given the current circumstances women, girls and children are also facing, Dr. Bangura has already mapped out strategies not only to promote them but importantly to protect them at any given time.
At recent public engagements and community meetings, admirers commended his resilience, leadership acumen, and longstanding commitment to national service.
Other qualities that Dr. Bangura possesses that undeniably make him a good leader is that he is strong, courageous, supportive and never desperate to get what he wants. Unlike others, he is more of a worker than a talker who is ready to serve with all his abilities. He believes in collective effort which can make work lighter.
