This according to Mr. Yayah will not only enhance this business potentials but also help to sustain them as a viable enterprise even after the end of the AVDP.

The AVDP Project Manager Madam Monica Kwame-Greene when giving the key note address admonished farmers to make good use of all the investments the project has given them like good seeds, production and processing machines, rural infrastructures like bore holes, grain stores, VIP latrines, irrigation systems, etc. so that they can sustain them through the business and management skills they have acquired from the training. “ You should count yourself as the lucky ones who have received all the necessary support from IFAD through the AVDP to transform your lives and that of your communities. Your hardwork and results should now pave a way for others who have not received all the support and therefore you all should work very hard and follow the lead of other farmers who are making good money out of their farming “.
